This property offers a twelve-month lease. Rental Assistance may be available (30% of income if rental assistance is available and applicant qualifies) call our office for details.

Pet Policy

Pets welcome. We allow one pet with a $300 pet deposit. Dogs: maximum adult weight 35 lbs and/or 20" tall at shoulder height. Service/Companion Animals permitted with proper documentation.
